The Intake Coordinator will contribute to a positive experience for clients while supporting the overall operations of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming client inquiries through phone systems and email, providing timely responses and assistance.
- Coordinate the intake process by gathering necessary information from clients and ensuring all documentation is complete.
- Maintain accurate records in administrative systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with human resources to facilitate onboarding processes for new clients or staff as needed.
- Assist with payroll-related tasks, ensuring timely processing of employee hours and compensation.
- Supervise administrative staff as required, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance.
- Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and external partners to ensure seamless operations.
- Organize and manage schedules for appointments and meetings, optimizing time management for all parties involved.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette with strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with human resources processes is a plus.
- Experience in payroll processing or related tasks is advantageous.
- Ability to supervise staff effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Strong schedule management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Home Healthcare billing and coding experience is a plus
- Experience with Kinnser EMR is a plus
