What You’ll Do:
Axis Portable Air is looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our leadership team while also assisting the marketing department with administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone passionate about marketing, eager to contribute in a fast-paced environment, and proficient in social media and design tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
Administrative Support:
- Manage and maintain marketing calendars and project timelines.
- Organize and schedule meetings, including preparing agendas and taking notes.
- Handle inventory of marketing materials and coordinate with vendors for restocking.
- Shipment of new hire packets and apparel.
- Shipments of marketing materials to our network of branches.
Marketing Coordination & Content Support:
- Assist in the creation and proofreading of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and social media content.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns to ensure timely execution and content distribution.
- Support email marketing efforts, including drafting content and managing audience segmentation.
Event Planning & Coordination:
- Help organize and execute trade shows and promotional events.
- Manage event logistics, including registrations, setup, and post-event follow-up.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
Social Media & Digital Marketing Support:
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and publishing content across multiple social media platforms.
- Monitor social media channels, engage with audiences, and respond to comments/messages.
- Track and report on social media metrics to measure performance.
Market Research & Reporting:
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer insights to inform strategy.
- Compile findings and present insights to the marketing team.
- Assist in preparing marketing performance reports and presentations for leadership.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
- Work closely with teams across sales, operations, and HR to align marketing initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with team members and provide administrative support as needed.
What It Takes:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or marketing support role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with social media management and email marketing tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Mailchimp) is a plus.
- Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is highly preferred.
