Description: seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Certified Crane/Boom Truck Operator. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of construction practices and demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, motivation, and reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Performs various physical duties as assigned.
- Operate crane under general supervision and according to M&Ps
- Operates under safety guidelines at all times.
- movement according to written, verbal, or signal instructions.
- Inspect crane for safety issues daily.
- Determine if any parts are malfunctioning.
- Lift, position and place machinery, equipment, or other large objects at construction sites.
- Drive trucks to worksites and unload trucks.
- Work within precise limits and standards of accuracy.
- Operate crane according to signals from helper.
- Follow directions carefully.
Requirements:
- Must hold a current Crane Operator Certification
- Must have a CDL
- Must be able to pass a drug test, background check, and fit for duty test.
- Flexibility to work overtime when necessary.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and good relationship building skills.
- Self‐starter with ability be able to motivate others to improve their quality of work.
- Excellent team player.
- Well organized and have excellent time management skills.
