Quality Control Manager

```Job Summary```

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Manager to join our team.

This position requires exceptional attention to detail in a dynamic setting where hands-on inspection and decision making skills and the ability to work in a team environment are a must.

```Responsibilities```

• Strong leadership skill to manage a team of CMM programmer, Inspectors, and QC techs (Team 5 people)
• Advance knowledge of AS9100 guidelines. Knowledge of FAI generation (Form 1, 2, and 3)
• Advanced knowledge of Aerospace Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) principles with an understanding of practical hands-on application in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong Programming skills with experience programming/ operating a Faro Arm using Verisurf/PC-DMIS to inspect geometries.
• Ability to develop full Inspection plans using customer drawings and specifications including Ballooning drawings per custom specifications
• Skilled in use of inspection tools, including calipers, micrometers, surface gauges, height gauges, etc
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Comfortable working directly with Customers and on-site source inspectors.
• Team oriented with strong interpersonal skills, comfortable working in an open environment with teammates across the organization from machinists, engineers, programmers, Quotation, etc. to rapidly identify and solve problems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
