- Negotiate cost-effective vendor quotes and select qualified contractors.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventative measures.
- Manage maintenance requests and track completed repairs and pending tasks.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair work, preferably in a rental property or similar setting.
