About the Role:
We are looking for a Marketing Event Intern to support our in-person marketing and community events. This is a part-time, on-call role ideal for someone interested in real estate, marketing, or event planning who wants hands-on experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You’ll play a key role in helping us plan and execute open houses, neighborhood gatherings, and seasonal community activations that promote our listings and deepen engagement with local audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing real estate open houses, community events, and neighborhood outreach
- Help with event logistics including setup, signage, material prep, vendor coordination, and breakdown
- Greet attendees and ensure a warm, professional atmosphere throughout the event
- Capture photo/video content for post-event social media usage
- Support brainstorming and implementation of creative offline marketing ideas
- Coordinate flyers, posters, and simple promotional materials (Canva experience a plus)
- Help track attendance and collect feedback to improve future events
- Occasionally assist with general marketing tasks (e.g., updating listings or marketing reports)
Qualifications:
- Interest in marketing, event planning, or real estate
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Positive, can-do attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Good communication skills and professional presence
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.); Canva and social media skills are a plus
- Availability to work some evenings and weekends for events
- Familiarity with the Bay Area is helpful, but not required
Compensation:
