Axis RPO works in conjunction with businesses on their hiring and development needs.
Currently, we are interviewing candidates for an Entry Level Account Manager position. These individuals will be focused on building and maintaining relationships with customers in the San Antonio area. They will be communicating with them about services our clients provide in their area.
Job functions:
· Engaging with customers in a professional and friendly manner
· Work with the team on sales goals and business development needs.
· Communicate goals and sales to upper level management team.
Skills for an ideal Account Manager:
· Strong interpersonal skills
· A polite, friendly and diplomatic manner
· Excellent communication skills
· Good negotiation skills
Qualifications:
· BS Degree is preferred but not required with adequate work experience
· 1-3 years of relevant work experience in retail sales and/or hospitality industry
