Title: Hardware Engineer
Location: Bonita Springs, FL (Onsite)

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Hardware Design Engineer with expertise in schematic layout and new product development. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in designing and developing electrical hardware, with hands-on experience in schematic capture, PCB layout, and system-level design. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, reliable products while ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop electrical hardware for new products, including schematics, PCB layout, and component selection.
Collaborate with firmware and software teams to integrate electrical hardware into complete systems.
Conduct design reviews and validation testing to ensure product performance, reliability, and compliance.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related issues during development and production phases.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Hardware debugging/testing.
Proficient in C/C and Python.
Experience with Microcontrollers (Preferably Texas Instruments (TI))
Experience with CAN communication protocol.
Proficiency with EDA tools (e.g., Altium, OrCAD or similar).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
