Talent Operations Specialist
The Talent Operations Specialist will support the organization's talent acquisition efforts and assist with various human resources functions. This role focuses primarily on sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates while providing administrative support to the HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment (60%)
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer letter preparation.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate data and progress tracking.
- Conduct HR orientation sessions to introduce new hires to company policies, culture, and expectations.
- Manage exit processes, including conducting exit interviews and coordinating offboarding procedures.
HR Administration (10%)
- Assist in maintaining and updating employee records, including personal information, benefits, and payroll data.
- Assist in benefits administration, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives, training sessions, and team-building events.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and confidential HR documentation, including employee contracts, NDAs, and performance evaluations.
- Help with record-keeping, document retention, and archiving.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience in recruitment and HR administration.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations is a plus.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
