**Job Overview**
A key role in our organization is available for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This individual will be responsible for supporting the organization's talent acquisition efforts, assisting with various human resources functions, and providing administrative support to the HR team.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) and previous experience in recruitment and HR administration. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite is also required.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting in the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer letter preparation;
- Managing the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate data and progress tracking;
- Conducting HR orientation sessions to introduce new hires to company policies, culture, and expectations;
- Managing exit processes, including conducting exit interviews and coordinating offboarding procedures.
Additionally, you will assist in maintaining and updating employee records, benefits administration, and organizing employee engagement initiatives.
