Job Title: Enterprise Sales Executive – New York Market

Location: Remote – NY Metro Area (must reside locally)
Overview
AxisCare is seeking a results-driven Enterprise Sales Executive to lead growth in the NY metro area, selling our B2B SaaS platform to mid-market and enterprise home care agencies. You’ll manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close—while navigating complex deals and engaging multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Pipeline Ownership: Generate and manage a strong pipeline through outbound efforts, referrals, and inbound leads.
- Full-Cycle Sales: Lead sales from discovery through negotiation and close, working with multiple stakeholders.
- Strategic Selling: Develop tailored account strategies and value-based solutions to meet client needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Solutions Engineers, Product, and Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain accurate pipeline data and provide regular updates using tools like HubSpot and Gong.
- Market Engagement: Attend local events to build relationships and enhance brand visibility.
- Industry Expertise: Stay informed on healthcare/home care trends and the NY market landscape.
Qualifications
- Location: Must live in or near NYC with knowledge of the local home care market.
- Experience: 4 years in enterprise B2B SaaS sales; healthcare/home care experience is a plus.
- Hunter Mentality: Proven ability to generate leads and drive complex deals (>$150k ARR) over long sales cycles.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiar with CRMs (HubSpot preferred), Sales Navigator, Gong, Zoom, and related tools.
- Strong Communicator: Confident, clear communicator able to influence across roles (CEO, Ops, Finance, IT).
