Regional Compliance Administrator

Location : Phoenix, AZ, 85012 (Remote)

Contract Duration : 2 years

Skills Required

  • Managing and directing the overall activities of multiple long-term care / skilled nursing facilities / Slate Veterans Homes.
  • Interpretation and application of all rules and regulations pertaining to the operation of long-term care / skilled nursing / State Veteran Home
  • Developing policies and procedures
  • Preliminary or initiation, maintenance, and revision of Network Agreement with payors.

Skills Preferred

  • Nursing home administration principles and practices.
  • Federal and Slate laws governing the operations of the Arizona Slate Veteran Homes
  • Law, regulations, and guidelines pertaining lo long-term care / skilled nursing facility administration.

    • Experience Required

  • A minimum of 5-6 year experience in the administration of skilled nursing facilities
  • Must have a valid Arizona Skilled Nursing Facility Administrator license - Must have a current TB Test
  • Must possess an unencumbered current license to practice as a Nursing Home Administrator in Arizona.
  • Frequent in-stale travel is required. Position requires driving in the course of conducting State Business.
  • Valid driver's license is required
  • Must have a Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • provide all these requires credentials when your candidate is selected.

    • Education Required

    Bachelors degree although a Masters degree is desired in Healthcare Administration or a closely related field of study.
