What You’ll Do:
- Provide IT support, including setting up new employees, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and managing mobile device management (MDM) systems.
- Maintain cybersecurity best practices, deploy antivirus/malware software, and implement secure off-site backups.
- Assist in managing and integrating tools like Google Workspace, Shopify, and data warehousing platforms such as Google BigQuery.
- Contribute to the ongoing optimization of our IT infrastructure to support a growing, fast-paced tactical gear company.
About You:
- A tactical gear and firearms enthusiast with a genuine interest in the community. You love the culture, understand the needs of those we serve, and are comfortable being around firearms.
- Passionate about and supportive of the US Military and Law Enforcement. A sense of pride in contributing to products and services that serve our nation’s finest is essential.
- Technically adept, with proficiency in Google Workspace, light scripting, and cybersecurity principles. Experience with Google BigQuery or data warehousing and Shopify is a plus.
- Driven to learn and grow, with the ability to balance multiple projects in a flexible, part-time role.
