What Youll Do :
- Provide IT support, including setting up new employees, troubleshooting hardware / software issues, and managing mobile device management (MDM) systems.
- Maintain cybersecurity best practices, deploy antivirus / malware software, and implement secure off-site backups.
- Assist in managing and integrating tools like Google Workspace, Shopify, and data warehousing platforms such as Google BigQuery.
- Contribute to the ongoing optimization of our IT infrastructure to support a growing, fast-paced tactical gear company.
