The Dispatcher - Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the front line of support for AxleHire Inc.’s customers and helps to ensure the customers are satisfied with our products and services. This position is not a remote position and will require you to come into the office.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Displaying and maintaining a courteous and empathetic attitude towards all customers and stakeholders.
- Answering incoming calls from customers regarding their orders in a professional manner.
- Responding to customer inquiries and requests via all communication channels: telephone, email, and chat in a timely fashion.
- Escalating inquiries and requests, as necessary, to the appropriate department or individual to ensure all concerns are efficiently addressed and resolved.
- Collaborating with drivers, driver leads, coordinators, team leads, dispatch, call center managers, and account representatives to ensure the delivery standards are achieved with excellence.
- Initiating outbound correspondence or calls to provide follow-up information to customers, drivers, and other stakeholders.
- Actively participating in process improvement projects and supporting other team members and departments as assigned.
Position Qualifications/Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least two years of customer service principles and practices knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Familiarity with Slack, Zendesk, and Five9 software, preferred

Hours: Typical hours are Monday through Sunday, *** Currently hiring for several shifts: 6:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.(mornings), 12:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. (mid day) , 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. (evenings)
Travel: This position requires 0% of travel time.
