Responsibilities
The Sr. Corporate Counsel, Promotional Review will provide timely, legal review and advice during Medical, Legal, Regulatory (MLR)/Pharmaceutical Review Committee (PRC) to ensure Axogen's promotional activities comply with FDA Regulations, industry guidelines, and company policies.
The attorney will also work closely with marketing to develop promotional strategies, including policies and procedures to improve the review process.
Familiarity with U.S. healthcare compliance, including anti-kickback and Health Economic communications, is a plus.
