Your Impact
As the Director of Marketing, Enterprise, you will drive both strategy and execution to impact one of Axon’s priority markets. You will drive our messaging, positioning and go-to-market in key Enterprise verticals. You will develop and execute marketing campaigns that hit ambitious pipeline, revenue, and profitability targets. You will be a key thought partner to the VP of Enterprise Marketing and the General Manager of the Enterprise business.
In this role, you'll work closely with the sales and product teams to bring the Axon products and solutions to the Federal market.
What You’ll Do
Location: Denver/Boulder or AZ
Reports to: Vice President, Enterprise Marketing
Direct Reports: 1 Marketing Manager
- Go-to-Market Execution: Own messaging, positioning, and marketing materials across Axon’s Enterprise portfolio, ensuring alignment with sales, product, and customer success teams.
- Demand Generation: Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns to generate leads, nurture prospects, and accelerate sales cycles through digital, content, and event marketing.
- Customer Engagement: Work closely with key customers to capture the voice of the customer, manage advisory boards, and develop case studies that showcase success stories.
- Thought Leadership: Guide the creation of high-impact content, including blog posts, white papers, videos, and industry reports to establish Axon as a leader in enterprise safety solutions.
- Sales Enablement: Develop sales collateral, training materials, and tools to support the sales team in engaging enterprise buyers effectively.
- Digital Growth: Partner with the digital marketing team to optimize SEO, content marketing, and online engagement strategies to expand our reach.
- Event Strategy: Collaborate with the events team to plan and execute industry-specific events, trade shows, and roundtables that drive meaningful engagement.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct research and synthesize insights on industry trends, competitive positioning, and customer needs to inform marketing strategies.
What You Bring
- 7 years marketing experience
- Experience working in B2B industry that has sold to large enterprise businesses
- Experience in new market/market development roles
- Proven success in driving marketing strategies that generate pipeline and revenue.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, buyer personas, and go-to-market strategies.
- Experience creating a wide array of content: videos, blog posts, case studies, etc.
