Your Impact
As the Director of Ecosystem on Axon’s Enterprise Sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of Axon’s ecosystem through strategic partnerships and integrations. Focusing on sales enablement, marketing campaigns, and partner relationship management, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless adoption of new integrations, particularly with key products like Fusus, while driving awareness and engagement across the enterprise markets. Further, you will be a key leader to managing Axon Enterprise’s Industry Partnerships.
You will collaborate closely with internal sales, marketing, and product teams, as well as with external partners, to enhance Axon’s position as a technology provider across the private sector. Your work will be instrumental in ensuring that Axon’s solutions continue to integrate with other best-in-class platforms, providing customers with a unified experience.

The Pay: Axon is a total compensation company, meaning compensation is made up of base pay and bonus. The starting base pay for this role is between USD 115,695 in the lowest geographic market and USD 185,112 in the highest geographic market. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors. What You’ll Do

- Engage with partners to discover shared, prospective, and net-new customer opportunities for Axon and its partners.
- Develop and deliver training materials, provide technical insights, and support the Enterprise Sales team in effectively communicating integration value to clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for the Enterprise Sales team during pre-sales and post-sales processes related to integrations.
- Partner with marketing teams to create content and campaigns that promote new integrations, including case studies, webinars, and product updates.
- Align product launches, sales initiatives, and marketing outreach to maximize adoption and awareness of Axon’s integrations.
- Oversee partner onboarding, ensure compliance with standards, and manage long-term collaborations with third-party technology providers.
- Track integration success, address issues, and explore deeper collaboration opportunities with partners.
- Identify new opportunities to grow Axon’s ecosystem by expanding partnerships and addressing gaps through new integrations.
- Attend ecosystem events, conferences, and trade shows to build relationships and drive strategic expansion efforts.
- Manage Axon Enterprise’s Industry Partnerships with the largest trade groups in industries such as Retail, Healthcare, Security, and others.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience.
- 5 years in sales enablement, partnership management, or ecosystem development, with a proven track record of managing enterprise partner relationships and technical product integrations.
- Familiarity with Axon’s product suite, APIs, cloud platforms, and public safety technologies; experience with Fusus is highly desirable.
- Skilled in developing sales enablement materials, executing marketing campaigns, and driving product adoption and partner engagement.
- Ability to clearly convey technical concepts to diverse audiences, including both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong relationship management skills with partners and cross-functional teams (sales, product, marketing, and engineering), along with experience managing complex integration projects.
