As a JEDI Program Coordinator at Axon, you will play a key role in supporting and advancing initiatives that fosters JEDI within our organization. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to integrate JEDI principles into our workplace culture, talent practices, and retention strategies. What You’ll Do

Location: Candidates must reside and be able to commute to our office in Boston, Seattle, or Scottsdale on an as needed basis

Reports to: VP, Justice, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and People Experience


  • Support the execution of JEDI Initiatives: Assist in the development and implementation of JEDI programs and processes
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with People Operations, Recruitment, Marketing and other key stakeholders to support JEDI-related projects and initiatives.
  • Communication: Help communicate JEDI program progress and updates across the organization, reinforcing accountability and sharing recommendations.
  • Project Management: Support the planning and execution of JEDI-related projects, Employee Resource Groups and ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to ongoing process improvements that enhance the inclusivity of our global work culture

What You Bring


  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or related field OR equivalent experience
  • 2 years of experience in a DEI, HR, or related role
  • A strong passion for justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion, with a desire to make a meaningful impact in these areas
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Basic data analysis skills with the ability to interpret and report on program metrics
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • A willingness to learn and grow within the DEI space, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation
  • Basic experience in leveraging AI and machine learning tools to drive strategic decision making is a plus

Facilitation And Training Delivery


  • Facilitate DEI training sessions, workshops, and discussions for employees, managers, and leaders.
  • Employ adult learning principles and best practices to ensure an inclusive and impactful learning experience.
  • Train internal facilitators to deliver DEI learning programs effectively.

Assessment And Evaluation


  • Assess organizational needs to identify areas where DEI learning programs are most impactful.
  • Measure the effectiveness of training programs through feedback surveys, assessments, and key performance indicators.
  • Use data to continuously improve learning programs and strategies.

Collaboration And Advocacy


  • Partner with HR, L&D, DEI leaders, and employee resource groups (ERGs) to align learning programs with organizational goals.
  • Act as a DEI ambassador, promoting the value of inclusive practices and equity in decision-making.
  • Provide consultation to leaders and managers on fostering inclusive team environments.

Research And Continuous Learning


  • Stay up-to-date on DEI trends, learning technologies, and industry best practices.
  • Incorporate emerging topics and innovative approaches into training content.

What You Bring


  • Experience working in diverse, global organizations.
  • Deep understanding of DEI concepts, principles, and best practices.
  • Experience designing and delivering training programs in a corporate or nonprofit setting.
  • Strong facilitation skills with the ability to create safe, inclusive learning spaces.
  • Proficiency in e-learning development tools (e.g., Articulate, Canva, or similar).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and evaluate program outcomes.
  • Passion for advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative and empathetic approach.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
