Your Impact
As a Product Operations Manager for Axon Air, you will be instrumental in building the early iterations of our operational systems. This is a high-visibility, high-autonomy role where you’ll work directly with Axon Air’s GM, executives across Axon, and external strategic partners.
You’ll help define how Axon Air operates by:
- Owning cross-functional execution across finance (FP&A), supply chain, and post-sales operations.
- Driving executive communication—owning QBR preparation, board updates, and key leadership presentations.
- Ensuring operational excellence across our work with Skydio and DroneSense.
This role is not for someone who wants a well-defined playbook. Instead, it’s for someone entrepreneurial, inventive, and ready to build systems from scratch.
