- Above all, you’re a team player who is excited to learn, grow, and contribute to the bigger picture. You enjoy collaborating with others, sharing your expertise, and stepping in to help wherever it’s needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 6 years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on corporate recruitment and preferably within a technology or start-up environment
- Proven expertise in strategic sourcing and a data-driven approach to recruiting
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities shift quickly and you wear many hats
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills — you know how to collaborate with hiring managers to understand their unique needs and how to sell candidates on the company vision
- A passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion with a track record of building and implementing impactful recruiting strategies that drive diverse hiring outcomes
