About This Job
As an Accounts Payable Associate, you will be responsible for processing high-volume invoices in a Shared Services, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Full cycle Accounts Payable responsibilities, 2 and 3 way matching using Oracle
- Reconciliation of vendor statements
- Ensures accuracy of vouchers for coding to correct branch, department and account
- Manage vendor discrepancies for timely resolutions and payments
- Ensures that weekly payment runs go smoothly with various payment types and multiple currencies
- Travel and Expense reporting review
- Provides problems and invoice resolution assistance to vendors and internal business partners
- Works with General Ledger team as necessary
- Vendor Maintenance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting or related
- 1 experience in account payable
