Responsibilities
You will assist the Learning and Development by:
- facilitating the training logistics, registration, and feedback collection for our L&D platform;
- coordinating the internal training program (research for different training needs);
You will ensure HR Admin tasks by:
- updating the company’s policies and procedures;
- JD's preparation & updates;
- updating the Workday HCM database;
- preparing reports & statistics on different HR topics;
- launch internal surveys & do research on different topics at management’s request;
- vendor contract renewals
You will oversee the internal communication initiatives and events by:
- internal communication messages and campaigns;
- organizing internal events (external visits, internal events, teambuilding, Xmas party);
- launching internal surveys & research on different topics at management’s request;
- preparing the quarterly newsletter.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree;
- 1 year experience on similar activities;
- Good communication & creative writing skills;
- Excellent command of English language - both written and spoken;
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office package (especially Excel and PowerPoint);
- Ability to be proactive and maintain a commonsense approach;
- Good problem solver and decision making appropriate for the job level;
- Very detail oriented and organized.
