What you will do…
- Develop and implement creative strategies that align with Axxess' brand identity and business objectives.
- Oversee the creation of engaging visual and multimedia content across web, video, and graphic design.
- Manage multiple creative projects from conception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring creative visions to life.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, video producers, and digital creatives to produce exceptional work.
- Maintain and enhance Axxess' brand identity across all digital platforms and marketing materials.
- Ensure brand consistency in design, messaging, and tone.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and business development teams to ensure creative solutions support overall company objectives.
- Present creative concepts and strategies to senior leadership.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in web design, video production, and graphic design.
- Introduce innovative approaches to keep Axxess at the forefront of digital creativity.
What you bring…
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Digital Marketing, or a related field required
- 3 years of experience in a creative leadership role
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise
- Proven track record of leading and developing creative teams
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in industry-standard software (Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
