Marketing Account Manager

Position Overview

The Marketing Account Manager will oversee client accounts, ensuring the successful execution of marketing strategies tailored for non-profit organizations. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and objectives, while coordinating internal resources to deliver effective marketing campaigns.

This is a Full-Time role and is Hybrid in the Dallas area.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with assigned client accounts in the non-profit sector.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies that include direct mail, planned giving, and social media initiatives.
• Collaborate with clients to identify their marketing needs and create tailored solutions.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective execution of marketing projects.
• Conduct presentations and meetings to communicate campaign strategies and results to clients.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in account management or marketing roles, preferably within the non-profit sector.
• Proven experience with direct mail campaigns and planned giving strategies.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing and engagement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
