Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Supervisor located in Winesburg, OH. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, maintenance & repair, and troubleshooting tasks on a day-to-day basis.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Negotiate contracts with outside vendors for execution of maintenance work
- Ensure operational efficiency of electrical equipment and mechanical systems through timely inspection and repair
- CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) Administrator – Responsible for completing accurate and timely entry of data
- Project Manager – Oversee projects from start to finish while supervising tasks, communicating effectively, and ensuring that every aspect of the project is completed on time
- Motivating, supporting, and providing guidance daily to maintenance staff of three
- Ensuring all safety and health standards are met to keep the organization accident-free
- Communicating regularly with appropriate management regarding problems or issues impacting production
- Evaluating machine resources to ensure continued production and minimal downtime
- Ensure that spare parts, components, and tools needed for maintenance are always available by ordering, forecasting, and monitoring material inventories

- Experience in a maintenance role
- Knowledge of dairy processing equipment is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in maintenance field preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or 3 years of experience in similar role.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
