Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision and inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for both staff and customers.
- Train, mentor, and develop staff to enhance their skills in food service and hospitality management.
- Oversee food management processes to ensure quality standards are met consistently.
- Utilize Aloha POS systems for efficient order processing and inventory tracking.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food items.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to enhance the dining experience.
- Monitor financial performance, including sales trends and cost control measures.
Requirements
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control practices and food management systems.
- Experience in casual dining environments is preferred.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a diverse team.
- Familiarity with coffee service is a plus.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
