Restaurant Shift Supervisor/Bartender (relief)
$21.00 hour tips Part time, variable hours, and weekends
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift supervisor to oversee daily operations in our fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a background in restaurant leadership, bartending, and hospitality. As a shift supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service, leadership, and maintaining operational standards.
The restaurant shifts supervisor's responsibilities include:
- Customer service: Responding to customer complaints, providing a high-quality dining experience, and ensuring customer satisfaction in restaurant
- Food safety and health: Ensuring compliance with food health and safety regulations, and overseeing food preparation to ensure safe handling practices
- Inventory management: Monitoring inventory and liaising with suppliers specifically bar stock. Perform Bar Inventory Monthly
- Operational oversight: Ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment
The Restaurant Supervisor should have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. They should also have strong leadership and interpersonal skills and be able to compromise when needed to keep customers happy. Must be available to work variable schedules (day, evening and weekends). Minimum 3 years restaurant experience.
