What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Marketing Manager position at Ayatana XP?
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following :
Program Management and Support
Work with Client Services counterparts on each client / brand / program as directed to ensure that retail, on premise and special events are staffed appropriately and in a timely manner.
Identify challenges, opportunities, and wins to HQ, supported by market-level, solution-oriented insights, and implement those solutions seamlessly.
Share best practices with key stakeholders, recommending implementation of new ways of working or programming as appropriate.
Manage strategically placed field warehouses that support assigned field programs.
Manage the creation and coordination of program kits and materials.
Conduct inventory as directed.
Recruitment and Onboarding
Source and attract candidates.
Conduct interviews and filter candidates.
Oversee onboarding process including the management of all New Hire Paperwork, Brandscopic profile creation and training.
Coordinate and / or lead training sessions with Brand Ambassadors on Ayatana protocols as well as client programs.
Event Management
Responsible for staffing all AXP events including retail, on premise and large-scale events.
Tasks include scheduling, kit logistics, look book creation, communications with stores including pre-event confirmations, staff check ins and issue management.
On-site production & event management as requested.
Brand Ambassador Relations and Management
Act as main point of contact with brand ambassadors for all matters.
Maintain AXP’s Brand Ambassador Roster.
Responsible for the reviewing and approval of all Brand Ambassador invoices within Brandscopic / management.
Administrative Responsibilities
Management & maintenance of field programs within Brandscopic.
Ensure that recaps and reports are submitted on time and spot check for compliance.
Effectively and responsibly manage all assigned company and client equipment and assets including those assigned to part-time staff and agency partners.
Complete all paperwork, expenses, and program reports in a timely manner.
Manage all informational requests of field personnel and recap key takeaways for agency management and client.
Understand and ensure compliance with all state rules / regulations; liaise with agency legal counsel on all field marketing compliance.
Manage and monitor budgets for field-related costs.
Other administrative duties as requested.
Position Requirements
Must have a bachelor’s degree, Marketing or Business preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience within a field marketing agency setting.
Minimum 3 years of experience dealing with adult beverage clients and programming.
Candidates MUST be familiar with on & off premise sampling programs, large-scale events, pre-event logistics, on-site event management, event recapping, and staff recruitment & training.
Experience managing remote teams and programs in multiple markets.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient level in MS Office.
Ability to handle multiple tasks with keen attention to detail, follow through and meet deadlines.
Solutions-oriented, with experience in problem-solving and critical thinking.
Flexible to work nights and weekends as needed, and may be asked to do infrequent travel.
