Roles and Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business objectives to ensure marketing strategies align with their goals.
- Campaign Strategy & Planning: Develop and oversee the execution of marketing strategies across email, SMS, and push notification campaigns, ensuring all efforts meet client expectations and deliver measurable results.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns. Regularly present performance reports and recommendations to clients.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with creative, analytics, and strategy teams to ensure all campaign elements are aligned and executed efficiently. Drive collaboration between internal departments to achieve client goals.
- Project & Timeline Management: Manage the end-to-end process for all marketing campaigns, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in line with client expectations.
- Campaign Optimization: Continuously monitor campaign performance and work with teams to adjust strategies, creative elements, and targeting to improve key metrics such as engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- Client Communication & Presentations: Lead regular client meetings and presentations to review performance, discuss upcoming campaigns, and ensure alignment on strategies and goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in marketing, client services, or account management roles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including email, SMS, and push notifications.
- Excellent project management skills with experience using tools like Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead client presentations and collaborate with internal teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
