Office Manager

As the Office Manager at Aypa Power, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Austin and Toronto offices. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day Austin office operations to ensure a productive and welcoming environment;
- Provide remote oversight and support for satellite office operations;
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships;
- Manage mail and shipping needs for employees;
- Notarize documents as needed;
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs/renovations/relocations as needed;
- Support the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and team-building activities;
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Austin office, both internally and externally;
- Manage phone calls, greet visitors, and handle inquiries with professionalism and discretion;
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical files, documents, and records;
- Assist in onboarding new employees and facilitating office orientation;
- Oversees office operations and independently resolves administrative challenges;
- Other duties as required or assigned.
Key Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience supporting an office;
- Notary in the State of Texas or the ability to become one;
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized;
- Experience planning large events a plus;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
Compensation and Location:
Salary: A base salary commensurate with experience;
Bonus: An annual bonus will be awarded based on individual performance and the overall success of the business;

Location: Hybrid (USA). Ability to work in the United States is a requirement. Preference is given to candidates located in Austin, TX, or willing to relocate;
