- We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a background in financial accounting, reporting and analysis along with strong administrative skills. This role requires a proactive individual who can collaborate with owners and staff to maintain a high level of efficiency and professionalism. A solid leader who is an experienced accountant with strong administrative skills and is attentive to details will ensure the effectiveness and success of the business.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports for multiple entities in accordance with GAAP.
- Manage general ledger accounting, including journal entries and timely reconciliations.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis and presentation of financials to support decision-making processes.
- Perform HR function which includes facilitating recruitment, orientation and onboarding of new employees. Responsible for payroll and benefits administration.
- Collaborate with support staff to ensure integration into processes and maintain productivity.
- Assist with marketing initiatives, maintain the website, and act as the liaison with all service providers, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.

- Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting principles and practices.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration across teams.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
