Job Summary :
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Reservation Sales and Guest Concierge to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling all incoming reservation inquiries, following up with leads, managing event sales inquiries, and providing top-notch customer service. You will play a key role in maximizing occupancy rates for our properties and ensuring seamless planning and execution of events.
Key Responsibilities :
- Reservation and Event Sales :
Respond to all incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a timely and professional manner.
Assist with traditional guest receptionist duties, including check-ins, check-outs, and addressing guest concerns or requests.
Work closely with the team to align on promotional strategies and maximize booking potential and to ensure seamless coordination of events.
