What are the responsibilities and job description for the Apothecary Operations Coordinator position at Ayurvedic Wellness Center?
The Apothecary Coordinator Mission:
The Apothecary Coordinator oversees the operations of the Ayurvedic Wellness Center Apothecary, retail shop, and online shop.
Your role is to manage day-to-day Apothecary operations, and oversee ordering, stocking, and formulation of herbal products and retail products. You love tending details small and large, and supporting the collective work of a healing team.
APOTHECARY
Health and Safety: Maintain Standard Operating Procedures. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
In-House Products Production: Blend custom herbal formulas, create retail product formulations, manage product compliance processes, product labeling, product support for programming.
Apothecary Shop: Maintain appropriate product blend and inventory levels.
Product Marketing: Create product descriptions, product photography, provide product education to staff and clients.
Client Order Fulfillment: Make, order, price, and communicate custom client orders.
Front Desk Support: Assisting clients and customers in the store.
Apothecary Finances: Achieves measurable objectives, including financial goals responsible for retail apothecary growth.
INVENTORY/ORDERING
Inventory Management: Wholesale ordering, COGS tracking, retail product pricing, maintaining appropriate stock levels, conducts monthly inventory counts.
Retail Online Store Maintenance: Product listing, webstore order fulfillment, client and staff product education, advertising, etc.
Financial Management: Assist with financial tasks such as budget tracking, invoice processing, and expense management. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate record-keeping and timely financial reporting.
FACILITIES MANAGEMENT
Facilities Maintenance: Coordinate communication between the Property Manager, AWC Owner, and AWC staff.

Pay: From $18.50 per hour
