Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling & Logistics – Oversee all daily cleaning schedules, ensuring teams are deployed efficiently and on time.
- Employee Oversight – Monitor employee performance, address operational issues, and ensure smooth workflow.
- Customer Experience & Retention – Handle client interactions, resolve complaints, and ensure a high standard of service.
- Process Improvement – Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to enhance operations.
- Performance Metrics & Reporting – Track and report key business performance indicators, including customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Communication – Act as the bridge between leadership and field teams, ensuring clarity and accountability.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in operations management, scheduling, or team leadership (preferably in cleaning, logistics, or service industries).
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills—able to act independently.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while keeping employees and schedules on track.
- Proficiency in Jobber and QuickBooks is preferred, but a willingness to learn is essential.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for managing teams and customer relations.

Compensation & Incentives
- Base Salary: $50k-75k per year Bonus
- Performance-Based Bonuses Tied To:
- Reducing scheduling conflicts and improving efficiency
- Increasing customer satisfaction ratings
