We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. Duties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring a high level of service.
- Utilize phone systems to manage incoming calls and provide accurate information to customers.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date records in our systems.
- Assist with shipping and receiving processes, ensuring timely dispatch of products.
- Collaborate with dispatching teams to coordinate freight logistics and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Utilize GPS and GIS tools as necessary to assist customers with location-based inquiries.
- Work with SyteLine software for order management and tracking purposes.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while handling customer complaints or concerns, striving for resolution.
Requirements
- Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes is preferred.
- Experience with GPS and GIS systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of freight operations and dispatching is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
