Overview: The Program Manager will play a key role in overseeing the Google for Education Pilot Program, managing logistics, communications, and coordination for global education customers. This role will support internal teams, assist Product Managers with pilot execution, and ensure effective program pipelines for new education features.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Program Management: Oversee the Google for Education Pilot Program, managing inbound interest, vetting participants, onboarding, and maintaining communications.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with product marketing, user support, and other internal teams to ensure alignment and support for monthly program meetings.
- Communication: Draft and manage templated communications such as updates, newsletters, and onboarding information for educational institutions.
- Pipeline Management: Ensure all program pipelines are running smoothly and accurately.
- Stakeholder Management: Ensure internal teams and stakeholders have all necessary resources and information for success.
- Process Improvement: Identify and address any gaps in operations, processes, or documentation.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
