Join the Ads Finance team to drive sound financial decisions for Client. As a Finance Analyst, you will manage reporting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance metrics to support strategic decision-making. This role demands a detail-oriented, analytical professional with a passion for operational excellence, adept at handling multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and target setting for Ads Finance operations.
- Develop and enhance financial models and dashboards to assess trends in revenue and expenses.
- Partner with central and local Finance teams, acting as a liaison to ensure alignment.
- Identify and execute process improvements to streamline workflows.
- Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to senior management.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 2 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), consulting, or quantitative financial analysis.
- Strong SQL skills and advanced spreadsheet experience in financial modeling and dashboards.
Preferred Skills:
- Proven expertise in project management and process improvement.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and business acumen.
- Ability to work independently in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
