Essential Functions
- Accounts Payable: Entry and payment of vendor invoices and all related activities.
- Assist in maintaining all cash management activities.
- Ensure consistent, error-free work based on defined regulations and standards.
- Reconcile bank accounts and assist in monthly and year-end closing of accounting records.
- Prepare ad hoc reporting requirements as requested by management.
- Evaluate and audit business transactions and processes per internal control SOP.
- Produce steady, methodical work output to ensure job routines can be completed on time.
- Perform other duties as deemed necessary by management.
- Full-time on-premises work schedule (no remote work).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in general accounting practices and principles.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Sage 50 Accounting Software.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business from an accredited college or university preferred, but an Associate’s degree or equivalent is required.
