What Success Looks Like in This Role:
- Within 90 days, identify bottlenecks and propose three measurable process improvements.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver sustainability initiatives, achieving tangible results within your first year.
- Solve critical operational challenges, driving efficiency and quality improvements that advance our competitive edge.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven ability to deliver measurable results in process optimization and continuous improvement.
- A track record of leading high-impact initiatives in manufacturing environments.
- A relentless drive to innovate, improve, and excel in a collaborative and fast-paced setting.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Four-year engineering degree with 2-5 years of prior manufacturing experience.
- Experience with material handling and mixing-related process equipment is desired.
- Proficiency in process optimization, data analysis and statistical tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willing to travel up to 10% to support other sites.

Compensation for roles at AZEK varies depending on a wide range of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The annual salary for this role in most us locations is $79,000 to $96,000.
