Position: SEO & Content Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• SEO Optimization: Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
• Content Creation: Develop SEO-friendly content for blog posts, website pages, newsletters, and social media.
• Email Marketing: Create and manage email campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and drip campaigns, while tracking performance.
• Social Media Management: Oversee company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.), create and schedule engaging posts, and respond to customer inquiries. Monitor and respond to Google reviews and social media comments to maintain a positive brand reputation.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance metrics for SEO and content initiatives, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the R&D, Sales, and New Product teams to develop and maintain product collateral to support dealer sales initiatives.

Success Measures:

First 90 Days:

• Conduct a full SEO audit of the website, identify priority areas for improvement, and implement basic on-page optimizations (meta tags, headings, image alt text, internal linking).
• Develop a 30-day content calendar and initiate regular social media and blog posting.

First 6 Months:

• Conduct a comprehensive audit of existing content to assess organization, effectiveness, and gaps. Identify areas for improvement and develop a strategic plan to enhance content quality, SEO performance, and audience engagement.
• Respond to all inquiries, comments, and reviews on social media and Google within 24 hours.
• Assist in content development for new product launches with provided direction.
• Generate monthly performance reports showcasing SEO growth, content engagement, and other key KPIs.

First Year:

• Demonstrate a measurable increase in organic traffic and improved search rankings.
• Implement a comprehensive external backlink strategy.
• Work independently, generating content ideas and collateral with little to no supervision or direction.
• Develop at least one major marketing initiative, such as a dealer marketing program.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1-3 years’ experience in SEO, content marketing, and social media management.
• Strong understanding of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, etc.).
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights.
• Experience with email marketing platforms and campaign management.
• Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress, HubSpot, etc.).
• Knowledge of AI-driven content tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper) is a plus.
• Knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, SurferSEO, Screaming Frog).
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media strategies, and content distribution.

Compensation for roles at AZEK varies depending on a wide range of factors including but not limited to the specific work location, role, skill set and level of experience. The annual salary for this role is $60,000 to $70,000.  In addition to base salary, we offer generous bonus opportunities that significantly increase earning potential.
