Job Title: Supply Chain/SIOP Analyst

Reports To: Director Supply Chain & Supply Chain Managers

Department: CASE Supply Chain

Summary:

The Supply Chain/ SIOP Analyst will have responsibility for analytics for the full Supply Chain team. Using an analytical approach, this position will develop, manage, and optimize processes within the Supply Chain and will closely work with the teams where team, supplier or workflow analysis is required. This position will be responsible for the analysis and reconciliation of supply disruptions and assist with ongoing master data integrity.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

· Lead analytical requirements for Azelis Supply Chain team

· Prepare monthly files and support monthly meetings with cross functional teams

· Assist in the preparation of team workload analysis as well as Supplier presentations

· Meet regularly with Inventory Managers to drive inventory optimization.

· Manage data integrity related to all aspects of the ERP and Demand Planning

· Assist in managing inventories with improved analytics and process standardization

· Monitor department KPIs to drive results and meet operating objectives

· Cross train to with the team to best understand where process improvements can be made and develop implementation plan.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Education and Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, Supply Chain Management or another related field preferred

· Previous chemical industry knowledge helpful

· 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain, inventory management or procurement

· Skilled in Microsoft Office applications with emphasis in Excel using pivot tables VLOOKUP functions and macros

· Ability to build and maintain custom reports. PowerBI, and other analytical/coding skills are recommended

· Must be able to multitask

· Must be organized

· Must have excellent time management skills

· Ability to prioritize work, determining what is critical and needs to be completed

· Self-motivated, honest, dependable and a high-level of integrity

· Good interpersonal skills

· Detail-oriented, well organized and strong analytical skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Internet software; Inventory software; Order processing systems; Project Management software; Microsoft Office and Power Tool software.
