How You’ll Add Value
The Sales Operations Analyst, Lab Services, as part of the Sales Operations Team, will work closely alongside the lab services and sales teams and will lead all sales support functions for lab services. The successful applicant must have the ability to handle multiple tasks in a timely and effective manner and have excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills to assist internal and external personnel with inquiries, lead meetings, and provide sales support.
What You’ll Do
Manage proposal development and RFI/RFP completion for lab services proposals by working directly with SME’s to develop compelling narratives pertaining to their particular service delivery that will be used as content in proposal development, evaluating appropriate opportunity scope, and providing budget input. Coordinate clients call with the lab as requested Lead outside partners/ lab vendor commercial relationships to provide required service deliverables, timelines, and competitive pricing. Lead proposal status tracking and pipeline reporting in SFDC for lab services opportunities. Provide continual improvement of processes and procedures as it relates to lab services commercial operations
What You Will Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree business or science/biology related field
- Experience in Sales Operations/support
- Life science industry and terminology knowledge
- Experience working in a multi-cultural and/or global environment preferred
- Experience using a CRM like Salesforce.com preferred
- Proficient in use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Working knowledge of laboratory processes
- Customer service/sales experience preferred
- Ability to think and act strategically to drive successful client engagement
- Attention to details and critical timelines
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven and able to multi-task

- Employee may occasionally work in an area with potentially infectious materials.
- Employee will be responsible for maintaining a clean work environment and enforcing and following Universal Precautions for bloodborne pathogens when working in an area considered to be potentially contaminated.
