- Provide first-level support for IT-related issues via ServiceNow ticketing system, and phone calls.
- Assist with scheduling networking, telephony and conferencing room tasks.
- Maintain and manage IT inventory, including computer hardware and peripherals.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to improve support processes and user experience.

Experience
- Proven experience in an IT support role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems and networking concepts..
- A proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and improving existing processes.
