As a Technical Support Specialist, your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Delivering world-class technical support to our clients, resolving their IT issues and ensuring their systems are running efficiently.
- Troubleshooting technical problems related to O365, basic networking, Windows 10, and network printers.
- Utilizing your problem-solving skills to diagnose and fix complex technical issues.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of new IT solutions to improve our clients' systems and operations.
- Collaborating with other team members to share knowledge and improve overall team performance.
- Providing training and guidance to clients on how to use their systems effectively.
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within the Engineering industry.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience with O365, basic networking, Windows 10, and network printers.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues in a clear and concise manner.
- The ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
