The Pay is $16/hr - $20/hr DOE, this position requires 1-2 years OTJ experience.
The IT Support Specialist will provide primary IT support for H&H's computing environment, including troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and POS systems. This role requires broad technical knowledge and strong customer service skills. The ideal candidate will be able to diagnose and resolve various technical issues while maintaining excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support for our staff, addressing hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Assist management and store staff with troubleshooting and resolution of more complex issues and projects (e.g., servers, firewalls, wireless networks).
- Proactively identify and resolve potential IT problems to maintain smooth operations.
- Keep accurate records of support activities and resolutions.
- Be available outside normal hours for urgent issues as necessary.
- Follow company policies and procedures in daily tasks.
