Your Role:

As a Commercial Sales Advisor, you will:

  • Develop and manage relationships with commercial clients, identifying opportunities to provide tailored plumbing solutions.
  • Drive revenue growth through consultative sales, leveraging Aztec’s reputation for excellence.
  • Collaborate with leadership to create and execute strategic sales plans that align with our business goals.
  • Educate clients on the value of Aztec Plumbing’s premium service offerings, warranties, and long-term cost-saving benefits.
  • Work closely with operations and service teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.

Who You Are:

  • A proven sales professional with a track record of success in B2B or commercial sales.
  • A strong communicator and relationship-builder who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experienced in the home services, construction, or plumbing industry (preferred but not required).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
