What You’ll Do:
- Identify & Secure New Business – Proactively hunt for Homeowners Associations (HOAs) and commercial accounts, building a strong pipeline of opportunities.
- Develop & Maintain Relationships – Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with property managers, facility directors, and key decision-makers.
- Utilize Advanced Sales Tools – Leverage Salesforce, AI-powered insights, and ZoomInfo to optimize lead generation and customer engagement.
- Drive Revenue Growth – Present and close sales opportunities with a solutions-based, consultative approach tailored to clients’ plumbing needs.
- Stay Ahead of Market Trends – Keep up with industry developments, competitors, and emerging opportunities in the commercial and HOA sectors.
- Meet & Exceed Targets – Consistently hit and surpass sales goals, driving profitability and market expansion.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven Sales Experience – Three or more years in B2B outside sales, preferably in plumbing, construction, or home services.
- Hunter Mentality – A go-getter who thrives on prospecting, networking, and closing deals.
- Tech-Savvy – Hands-on experience with Salesforce, AI sales tools, ZoomInfo, and CRM systems.
- Strong Communication Skills – Ability to engage, persuade, and build rapport with diverse clientele.
- Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented – Driven to achieve and exceed sales targets with minimal supervision.
- Industry Knowledge (Preferred, Not Required) – Background in plumbing, HVAC, or home services is a plus.
