What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Supervisor - Nights position at Azteca Milling LP?
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF JOB:
- Daily review of documents on all shipments of product.
- Prepare documentation regarding Warehouse operation
- Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager all the necessary documentation and information regarding the Warehouse operation.
- Oversee activities regarding incoming product from Production line on daily basis.
- Oversee activities regarding the process of receiving, handling, storage and delivery of the product.
- Maintain inventory on daily basis.
- Review time sheets on weekly basis.
- Perform activities to maintain clean and suitable conditions in Warehouse area.
- Supervise Warehouse Personnel.
- Substitute for Warehouse Manager as necessary.
- Maintain communication with Quality Assurance regarding status of the product.
- Occasionally perform duties of Forklift Operator and/or Loader as needed.
- Ensure all shipments are properly loaded and documented.
- Perform monthly inventory.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $68,800.00 - $70,700.00 per year
