In order to continually promote and create innovative products that support our vision we are currently seeking Night Shift Plant Electrical Supervisor .
Qualified Candidates should possess the following :
Education : Degree or technical training in electrical discipline preferred. Some college or advanced training advantageous. Must possess or secure within one year a Kentucky State Master Electrical License.
Experience : Sufficient industrial electrical experience (military experience acceptable) with familiarity of all aspects of industrial AC / DC power and controls and programmable controllers. Experience with Microsoft Office application highly desirable (Word, Excel, Project).
Skill / Knowledge : Supervisory knowledge of electrical maintenance. Pneumatics, electronics and PLC's. Knowledge of CMMS systems such as Maximo required. Experience with boilers and air compressors beneficial.
Responsibilities Include :
- Supervise instrumentation electricians and monitor their job performance (all 3 shifts)
- Schedule electrical work and coordinate electrical work with other departments (all 3 shifts)
- Maintain and continually train capable electrical personnel
- Maintain an adequate supply of material and parts needed for electrical operations and controls costs and distribution of these supplies within the cost center budget
- Maintain and up-to-date file of drawings and records involving electrical operations
- Perform minor circuit design on plant electrical equipment
- Assure the maintenance of all electrical equipment, fixtures and tools are in a clean, safe and operable condition at all times
- Assist Plant Maintenance Manager with preparation of budgets
